The Advisor uses a combination of technical and fundamental analysis to create Delta Neutral option positions (with respect to overall portfolio) on e-Mini S&P500 futures using carefully calculated option straddles and spreads in the beginning of the trading cycle (usually monthly but occasionally longer cycles are used), and then applies strict risk and money management techniques until expiration or liquidation of the positions. The strategy exploits the time decay aspect of option premiums, mean-reverting and auto-correcting features of volatility and price behavior, and seasonal and cyclical tendencies of the underlying market. Most profitable outcomes can occur whether the S&P is up, down or moving sideways as long as its price stays within a predetermined range. However, if the price is anticipated to fall out of this range, quick adjustments are made to positions to protect clients’ assets and reach profitability. Advisor’s strategy works best when the market is somewhat, but not excessively volatile. Following are applications internally developed to support trading program: -Position opening and risk management system (shows all positions for each account and highlights positions which meet risk criteria) -Market and price evaluation system (Proprietary indicators showing key turning points, intraday entry levels) -Client’s performance evaluation and trades history system (performance reporting, statistical analysis of all our trades to help adjust performance if necessary) SPECIAL ACCOUNTING NOTES: The incentive fee for Trading Program is 50% of the "Net Trading Profits" for each calendar monthly period over 1% “Hurdle Rate” (Hurdle Rate is rate over the positive GrossTradingPerformanceProfit below which no fee is assessed.)
