Program Description: Visioneering’s makes trading decisions for each of its programs largely pursuant to four distinct proprietary trading models. These models combine computerized technical trend-following or counter-trend methods with quantitative program management analysis. The principal objective of the trading models is to profit from sustained futures price trends. While Visioneering generally applies its trading models with discipline, the firm may, at its discretion, override trade signals under certain market conditions. It is their policy to follow the trades signaled by each program independently of what the other programs may be recommending. Visioneering employs a program management strategy, the purpose of which is to determine periods of high and low program risk. When, in Visioneering’s opinion such points are reached, positions may be reduced or increased, thereby increasing or decreasing program risk.
