KMJ Capital Management

Currency Program

There is no performance data for this program

Program Description: KMJ incorporates a systematic approach to trading using a number of technically oriented trend following strategies. Technical analysis of monthly, weekly and daily price patterns was utilized to construct an overall trading strategy. Mr. Jakubzak’s market experience also plays a limited role in analyzing relevant fundamental and technical factors that may impact market prices. Most entry points to the markets are based on speicific chart patterns and breakout points. As a trend follower most entry and exit points are in the direction of the general trend. KMJ’s Currency Program looks to enter trades following periods of consolidation going long on market strength and short on weakness. KMJ trades on the premise that one should not follow the crowd. Accordingly, KMJ may enter into shorter-term trades as opportunities present themselves. The Currency Program also attempts to let profitable trades run as far as possible while cutting losing trades short. Trailing stops are used to protect profits.
