The trading programs focus on the writing of covered and uncovered options on select classes of futures contracts, such as indexes, financials and commodities, which are traded on domestic and foreign exchanges. The Manager will utilize both fundamental and technical analysis to identify trading opportunities in the futures, commodities and equities markets. It will employ fundamental top-down/bottom-up analysis of the broad financial markets to identify which instruments offer the best investment opportunities in the context of the specific domestic and international financial and geopolitical conditions prevailing at the time. Additionally, the Manager will employ a series of proprietary models and technical indicators to identify the specific contracts, expiration months and strike prices that offer the most advantageous trading opportunities. The Manager will engage in writing options primarily on futures contracts traded on U.S. and non-U.S. exchanges. From time to time, some of the Fund’s assets may be invested in U.S. index cash options, U.S. equities, U.S. equities options and exchange traded funds (“ETFs”). The majority of investments will be made on regulated U.S. exchanges
